Here’s a step-by-step guide by which you can change the fixed wallpaper on the Samsung Galaxy A03S phone or Galaxy Tab A7 Lite distributed by the UP government. Make sure to follow each step correctly.

1. Open “Settings” on your Samsung Device. Scroll below and Tap on “Accounts and Backup”.
